Innumerous calamities strike hard
Natural and unnatural ones
Hundreds of lives perish
Under cruel human nature
Money counts more than
An innocent child surviving
Nefarious activites victimize women
Infants burned to death
Turning a blind eye
Yesterday ignored, laughed away

- written for Acrostic Only ; Prompt 9

Thankyou for your feedback..i hope you keep visiting..

  9. Oh my God! This is such a wonderful piece and I say it because it hit me very hard. Inhumanity is a calamity that destroys lives on a daily basis, while Mother Nature is gracious enough to hold her wrath until it is unbearable. Perhaps Mother Nature's fury is also part of the of the inhuman treatment we give her. Again, nice acrostic.

  10. You are so right, Vittal..Glad you liked the acro!
